Opportunities for Interior Designer and Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to participate in a collaborative team environment. Candidates must be able to assist with all elements of indoor built environment and in particular, functional space programs, space planning, and selecting essential and decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials.

The candidate shall be able to prepare architectural working drawings & construction details, within an interior discipline and a collaborative BIM environment. This will involve, millwork and casework, custom interior fabrication, interior finish plans, and schedules. In addition, all related interior design will also involve coordination with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines) construction documents.

An introductory to intermediate level of familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and pertinent knowledge will also be an asset to participate in space planning for interior commercial, residential and institutional sector projects. Candidates must also possess a strong motivation for continual learning with an ultimate focus towards registration or CDIQ Certification and potentially lead to managing the Interior Department of Architecttura A/E


We are seeking someone with 3-5 years of experience to work within a team environment for projects consisting of commercial, residential and institutional sectors. Candidates shall be able to prepare architectural working drawings & construction details, in a collaborative BIM environment. The candidate should be self-motivated, sincere, conscientious and detail-oriented with a professional manner and strong communication skills. Candidates should also have sound detailing skills and enjoy working on technical aspects of architectural projects in a fast-paced and supportive environment and participate in business development activities. Job duties will also include day to day production of drawings in design and construction drawings stages and will also involve constant interaction and participation within a multi-discipline team.

Candidates must also be experienced with Revit and Autocad software, Sketchup and proficient with MS Office productivity software. An introductory to intermediate level of familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and knowledge of building science and construction detailing will be an asset, along with a strong motivation for continual learning.
